Statement of Faith
GOD:
We believe the Lord, our God, is one God, God Almighty. He is the King of heaven and all the earth; the King eternal, immortal, invisible and alone wise. His invisible attributes—even His eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen since the creation of the world. He is Creator of all things: the heavens and the earth and every living creature. He alone laid the foundations of the earth. He counts the stars and calls them by name. By His word the heavens were made and all the hosts of them by the breath of His mouth. He spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood fast. He created man in His own image, forming him out of the dust of the ground and breathing life into him. Everything under heaven is His. He is great and mighty in power and His understanding is infinite. Nothing is hidden from His sight; He looks from heaven and sees all the sons of men. He knows every word on our tongue, our sitting down and our rising, and is acquainted with all our ways. He knows the secrets of the heart. His eyes are in every place, keeping watch of evil and good.
God exists eternally as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in a perfectly loving relationship. No one has preceded Him; the number of His years cannot be discovered. He dwells in unapproachable light; no man has seen Him. He is from everlasting to everlasting. God neither faints nor grows weary. No one can instruct Him, counsel Him nor direct His paths! His counsel stands forever and the plans of His heart to all generations. Before Him there was no God formed, nor shall there be after Him. There is no other God besides Him. He is the First and the Last.
God is Spirit. Those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth. He is the living and true God and He cannot lie. God is love. Everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He is gracious and full of compassion; slow to anger and great in mercy. He is good to all. God is Holy. He loves righteousness and justice and declares things that are right. God is a Savior, declaring, “Look to Me and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God and there is no other.” The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. He has given us eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ.
He has purposed from the beginning to have relationship with man and call out for Himself His own special people from all nations that they may know Him and His great love and have fellowship with Him forever. He has sent His Son, Jesus, into the world to save man from the sin which separates us from God, redeeming and reconciling them to Himself and offering them the free gift of eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

JESUS:
Jesus Christ (that is, the Messiah) is the only begotten Son of God- begotten and not created. He is fully God and fully man. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin, Mary. He is the express image of the invisible God and all the fullness of the Godhead dwells in Him. He was the Word that was with God; the Word that was God; and, the Word that became flesh to dwell among us. God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life, the only means of salvation, the only Mediator between God and man. He has been given the name above every name and there is no other name under heaven by which man can be saved.
Jesus is the Lamb of God, sent to take away the sin of the world. He lived a sinless life, giving Himself as a ransom. He became sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. He suffered and died on a cross, offering Himself as the sacrifice for sins forever. He was buried and three days later rose from the grave. He ascended into Heaven and is seated at the right hand of the throne of Majesty on high as our High Priest forever and Minister of the true tabernacle the Lord erected, not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him. He ever lives to make intercession for those who come to God through Him, until the Day He comes on the clouds, as King of kings and Lord of lords, with power and great glory and with His holy angels. Every eye will see Him, and at His name every knee will bow and every tongue will confess He is Lord. He will gather from the nations those who are His to inherit the kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world. The Father has committed to Jesus the authority to execute judgment and He will judge the nations of the world with righteousness for He is Faithful and True. He has been given dominion and glory and a kingdom, an everlasting dominion. His kingdom will not be destroyed.
